By incorporating our new state-of-the-art G4 instrument, we have taken our Roll Force Measurement System to a new level. The RFS-3 system was designed for four AST 3P signal conditioning units. Now we have replaced the four AST 3P with one G4. With improved speed, fieldbus communication, software ability and many more features, the RFS-4 will add considerable benefits to an already-proven product. The G4 also adds better visibility and operation interface. But most important is the improved measurement capability.

Rolling mill separation forces are measured accurately and conveniently with the RFS-4 system, which is the product of many years of continuous development and improvement. Extensometers on the mill posts or ring load cells provide an electrical signal proportional to the mill separation force.
