Small, low-capacity bioreactor vessels are extremely sensitive to environmental changes, physical contact, and variable capacity recipe changes. Incorrectly installed weighing equipment often fails to return to the baseline zero reading after processing, thereby failing validation acceptance requirements.

We installed ultra-sensitive KIS-3 Weigh Modules. KIS-3 Weigh Modules consistently provide accuracy of 0.02% with 0.01% repeatability, even when recipe proportions only partially fill the small bioreactor reactor vessel.
